Basically, Android phone has NO setup or application to do this.
Here you are:
- Go to the Phone Dialer, and press: * * # # 4636 # * # *
- Select Phone Information
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, you'll see a field for setting the SMSC.
- [Optional] Click Refresh to see the number of the SMSC at this time.
- Changing the SMSC number you want. Then, click Update.
